Banyak tim menganggap internet studio pasti cukup lalu menyiarkan ke dua atau tiga platform sekaligus dengan bitrate tinggi, karena uji cobanya hanya memakai satu stream. Jumlahkan bitrate semua stream yang berjalan bersamaan, sisakan ruang, lalu bandingkan dengan kecepatan upload. 2. Pergantian host butuh tempat dan jadwal.

Susun jadwal host dengan jeda tetap, dan siapkan tempat host berikutnya bersiap tanpa masuk frame. Long live selling streams carry one big risk: every minute the stream drops mid-shift, the audience leaves, sales are lost, and there is no second take. Where live streams usually break

A live stream is a chain: camera, encoder (the software or device that turns the picture into a data stream), upload connection, then the platform. The chain breaks at its weakest link. Bitrate is the amount of data per second the encoder sends to the platform, measured in Mbps; the higher the bitrate, the sharper the picture, and the more upload speed it needs. A dedicated line means the bandwidth is not shared with other users, so the speed does not drop at busy times.

A backup line does not save everything. A stream can still drop if the encoder bitrate is higher than the upload speed, if the power goes, or if nobody knows what to do when the picture freezes. The four points below follow those weak links.

Studio 1, Studio 2 or Studio 3

Choose Studio 1 if your stream runs over several days or the brand team needs to follow the stream from the client room. Choose Studio 2 if you also want a client room and make-up room, but the stream uses a virtual background on the green screen or a dark look on the black screen. Four things to sort out before you go live

1. Work out bandwidth from the number of streams, not from a feeling.

Many teams assume the studio internet will be enough and stream to two or three platforms at once at a high bitrate, because their test run used a single stream. Add up the bitrate of every stream running at the same time, leave some headroom, then compare that with the upload speed. If the studio internet speed is not enough, we offer upgrades from 100 Mbps to 500 Mbps.

2. Host changeovers need a place and a schedule.

Long shifts often fall apart in the fifth or sixth hour, when the first host is tired and the next one is not ready. The cause: the schedule is built per stream session, not per person. Plan host shifts with fixed breaks, and give the next host somewhere to get ready out of frame. In Studio 1 and Studio 2, the team can rest and get ready in turns in the client room and make-up room without leaving the production floor. 3. Streams past 8 hours need the technician planned in from the start.

The technician is often assumed to always be there, so brands only bring it up once the stream has been running for hours. 4. Size backup power from the load, not by guesswork.

A power cut stops a stream as fast as a dropped connection. It happens because the load from lights, cameras and computers is rarely added up before the day. Add up the load of every piece of kit, then make sure the backup covers the whole session.
